I know exactly what you mean! My feline friend got out of the house the other night (he's an inside cat) and ended up spending a spring night outside underneath the deck. I think he was okay, (he shouldn't have been out anyway!) but he DID seem a bit frazzled. I'm going to keep my eye on the situation! :)

Probably some of those litigants learned that in some cases trials can bring them money if they are aggressive enough and this would be the reason they prefer courts for solving minor issues. I am in the middle of a trial because of people like this and now I am about to file a motion to file document under seal to support my case. Wish me luck!
